This is a notice of the proposed amendment to Title 24 of the Delaware Code §1713(a)(12) and §1770A, which authorizes a physician assistant, with a collaborative agreement with an appropriately-trained physician, to terminate, assist in the termination of, or attempt the termination of a human pregnancy before viability.

The Regulatory Council for Physician Assistants of the Board of Medical Licensure and Discipline will hold a public hearing on the proposed regulation change on September 10, 1:00 p.m., virtually and in the Second Floor Conference Room A, Cannon Building, 861 Silver Lake Blvd., Dover, DE 19904.
